Another Large Scale Development

Premier home builder Wain homes have been granted outline planning permission for  the construction of 159 new houses at 2 sites in the west midlands. This exiting new development will be one of the first for Wainhomes in the west midland which adds to their expanding portfolio.

2022 marks the 50th year of operation for Wainhomes, who have consistently invested in the construction industry. Their latest business plan announces around 500 houses to be built in the west midlands by 2026.

This latest development will be constructed in 2 areas, with 110 built in Solihull & 49 in Worcestershire. The site in Shirley, Solihull consists of a 6 acre which was previously the headquarters of Lucas and ZF. The other development of 49 homes in Worcestershire is situated at the former Bordesley Hall Business Park site.

Providing all goes well, these developments will be due to begin in Autumn 2022.
